Teaching research is complementary and essential to high-quality teaching. Therefore, our kindergarten participates in various types of education research and programs of the Education Bureau and universities, such as the Preschool Quality English Education Program of the Language Education and Standing Committee of the Education Bureau; Early Childhood Education Achievement Project of the University-School Collaboration Center of the Faculty of Education, Chinese University of Hong Kong, One Word, One Sound Language Development Research of the Department of Psychological Studies, Chinese University of Hong Kong; Study on the Development of Writing Skills of Kindergarten Children in the Department of Rehabilitation Sciences, Hong Kong Polytechnic University; and Research on Child Health and Quality Learning of the Department of Psychological Research, Education University of Hong Kong, etc. This way we ensure that our quality education stays abreast with the times.

Our school attaches great importance to in-service training and education of teachers, and we therefore regularly enlist the services of experienced education scholars and university lecturers to assist with teacher training and curriculum development to further develop high-quality school-based courses and reinforce the quality of our education services. Our faculty has visited different preschool education institutions places both in Hong Kong and elsewhere. For example, we have exchanged teaching experiences with schools and organizations in Australia, Taiwan, Shanghai, Beijing and other places to broaden our horizons and bring fresh inspiration and stimulation to our early childhood education.

The educational services provided by our kindergarten have garnered praise from many quarters. The Education Bureau invited us to a teaching sharing session of the Pre-school Education Support Group to share our best practices in enquiry learning with other schools. At the Education University of Hong Kong, we mentor students of the Department of Early Childhood Education and we provide internship opportunities at our kindergarten for them. At the Hong Kong Vocational Training Council, we give guest lectures to students of the Department of Early Childhood Education and they have also visited our school. Media also find us newsworthy. The Sing Tao Daily and Eugene Group have interviewed our principal on various occasions.
